WBJEE 2013 Counselling

WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure details the process of counselling starting from the online applications, choice filling & locking to the seat allotment after document verification and admission. Students must familiarize themselves with the WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure to be able to avoid mistakes while applying. The dates and schedules for the WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure will be announced soon by the WBJEE Board. Given below are the salient faetures of the WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure for a better understanding by the students.

WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure:

• The WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure consists of Online Registration Process, Choice filling &  locking and offline verification of documents as pecified. There will be three rounds of the WBJEE 2013 Counselling.
• All WBJEE 2013 qualified candidate are required to register by filling up the specified form available on the WBJEE website for the purpose.
• While completing the web based registration process, candidates will have to fill up the Bank Receipt Number
  Note: The Bank Receipt Number is important and will be required to be furnished during Admission Process at the Reporting Centre 
• Candidates cannot change or rectify any of the existing data recorded and archived in the WBJEEB database during theWBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure.
• All  validly registered candidates have  to fill up their choices like  their preferred institute and stream of study and lock the choices made before the deadline expires.
• Allocation of seats in the WBJEE 2013 Counselling Round 1  will be against the available vacancies, as per the Seat Matrix received from the DTE, West Bengal and as per the candidate's choice/preference while maintaining inter – se merit guidelines.
  
  
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat will have to physically report to any of the remotely located Reporting Centres (RC) across the State within the specified time period with the following documents in original and attested copies therein:
  WBJEE 2013 Admit Card
  Print out of WBJEE 2013/ JEE Main 2013 rank from website
  Higher Secondary/Class XII (or equivalent examination) Mark Sheet
  Madhyamik/ Class X (or equivalent examination) Admit Card
  Allocation Certificate from WBJEEB website
  Receipt of Online Counseling Registration Fee (with the Bank Receipt Number)
• On successful verification of the documents, candidates will be required to deposit one-time admission and associated fees via a DD as specified.
• The Provisional Allotment Certificate shall be issued to the respective candidate after the payment of the prescribed fees.
  A copy of the same will be sent to the DTE, WB; Vice Chancellor and Registrar of the concerned University; Principal of the allotted College and Secretary of the Association for Professional Academic Institutes (APAI).
• The above mentioned WBJEE 2013 Counselling Procedure will be repeated for the vacancies remaining after Round 1.
